Hey Rays fans, spring training is right around the corner. Good news on this rainy Friday, eh? Also making the good news department - it looks like the Rays will finally be represented by McFarlane sports. An Evan Longoria figure will be included in the next release. Click here for preview photos.
They are sceduled for a May 2010 release.

Thanks for the baseball related news! I can't believe that it only took 2 years after their WS appearance for the comic book dude's empire to realize that there is in fact a baseball team in Tampa Bay... This rain sucks btw. Are you going to Fan Fest?
Capt. - you're thinking of the future release of the figure. Luckily the Rays have him locked up for a few more year. Now Carl Crawford....that's another story.
Troll - I think I'm skipping the Fan Fest this year. $20.00 donation for autographs is a bit steep for this guy, I think I might hit them up during spring training instead...
